It's been a challenging year losing out on time spent racing with friends. To add insult to injury, and though we'd seen it coming for quite some time, we also lost the stadium as our primary home. Now, at what would be the usual end of our season, we realize that there was no season having hosted only two events. As a result, we have decided that we will not be declaring champions for 2020, and we will not be planning for our annual banquet. It's a difficult decision, but one also forced by the practicality of not being able to assemble as a group, and the idea of perhaps "asterisked" awards when there weren't even enough events for a drop. 2020, you can go away now.

What next? Well, we are fortunate to have Lake Elsinore as our primary site and we are in constant contact about when we can restart events. We also continue to search for other available sites. If we've learned anything, we've got to be prepared for change, have options and be flexible. We have never stopped, and are working, to make autocross happen.

In the meantime, we do have a road rally on December 12, a track day weekend January 2-3, another road rally on February 14, and track day weekends in April and May on the schedule. So, we have opportunities to continue our friendships and love of cars and competition and we look forward to seeing you out there!
