In or near Lakeside I use Garcia Tire on Woodside Ave, just west of Wintergardens. Not much to look at but friendly, reasonable, and latest equipment. Pretty much the only place I've used since 2000.

For affordability and good work I use Shortys tire in Escondido. A mount and balance is $12. Just don't go on Sunday cause that's the one day the good guy has off.
    CAM is good...

Bears Used Tires just off Miramar Road.
Used them for years, except for C2.

Whereabouts do you live? My guy near in Kensington is pretty cheap, usually $50. American Tire Depot.

Also, can I ask who this is? Noticed you're SCNAX.

Second this. Needed 2 tires flipped and balanced, was $20 out the door with sticky weights
