Road Tire Classes

Could someone tell me where the SCCA explains the rules for the Road Tire classes?
I've had them explained to me, I just don't know where to look to find them.

Thanks for the links. However these appear to be just notifications, not the rules governing the RT classes, unless I am missing something. I guess I am expecting an obvious link in the rules section of the SCCA Solo website that clearly shows any updated rules as a conformed set of rules.

Say, for example, I wanted to know what tires were eligible?

It is stock class rules, except for the tires. I'm not positive that the TWR has been released, but it seems most think 140 and above.
