Some recent news from Qualcomm may make this not an issue, but the practice PDF notes the date on the bottom of the form as Feb 17th, it should be the 16th.

Some recent news from Qualcomm may make this not an issue, but the practice PDF notes the date on the bottom of the form as Feb 17th, it should be the 16th.

Anymore mistakes like this and we will have to take back Larry's well deserved award:D
